This Privacy Policy governs your use of the official web application of ABCD Coaching & Library (operating at https://abcdcampus.in), founded and directed by Mr. Sandeep Raghuwanshi in Ganj Basoda, Madhya Pradesh, India.

This policy applies to all students, faculty, alumni, and prospective visitors who access our digital services, including course learning materials, library desk reservations, student progress records, and our Guidy communication portal.

We collect only the minimum necessary information required to provide our academic services:

• Account Credentials & Authentication: When you register or sign in using Sign in with Google, we receive your basic public Google profile information (your name, email address, and profile photo URL).
• Academic & Admission Details: When applying for library or coaching enrollment, you may provide your full name, father's name, contact phone number, address, date of birth, and educational qualification.
• Study & Activity Records: Course progress, test scores, library attendance records, seat allocation preferences, and student queries submitted via our student portal.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

ABCD Smart Campus uses Google OAuth 2.0 to offer a safe, one-click sign-in experience. Our adherence to Google's policies includes:

• Limited Scope Usage: We strictly request only the standard non-sensitive scopes: openid, profile, and email. We do NOT request access to your private Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or calendar.
• No Data Brokering: We will never sell, rent, or trade your Google user information or personal student data to any third-party marketing firms, data brokers, or advertisers.
• Purpose of Data: Your Google email is used exclusively as your unique account identifier, allowing you to securely log in, receive important academic notices, and manage your library desk status.

4. Data Security & Storage

We implement enterprise-grade security protocols to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse:

• End-to-End HTTPS Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using modern TLS/SSL cryptographic protocols with strict HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS).
• Secure Cloud Infrastructure: Database records are securely hosted on PostgreSQL with isolated role permissions, automated database connection protection, and zero-knowledge password hashing.
• Industry-Standard Security Headers: We enforce strict Content-Security-Policy (CSP), Permissions-Policy, and anti-clickjacking protection across the entire application.

5. Data Retention & User Rights

You retain full control over your personal information:

• Right to Review & Update: You can view and edit your profile information directly from your student dashboard anytime.
• Account & Data Deletion: You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and associated records. To request deletion, simply email our administrator at abcd2013baq@gmail.com.
